FAQ

Q1: Why are some conversions “Denied” or “Unqualified”?

Denied: This is when a user clicks on Affiliate A's link, but then uses the coupon code attached to Affiliate B's account

Unqualified: This is when a user makes a purchase outside of the 30-day cookie window.

Q2: When is payday?

A2: First business day of the month. Payout occurs after accruing over $50 owed.

Q3: How do I get Products?

A3: Affiliates can email andrea@eunatural.com for a coupon code for 30% off a couple of products each month.

Terms

• 1. Base 20% commission. If an affiliate generates over $100 in affiliate sales within a 30 day period, they will be bumped up to a 25% commission.
• 2. Payouts are 1st of every month
• 3. Cookie length: 45 Days
• 4. First cookie attribution
• 5. Affiliate commissions are not available to wholesale purchases.
• 6. Non-converting affiliates will be deleted after 90 days.
• 7. If an affiliate has zero conversions in a quarter - referral & spot bonuses are capped to $50 total.
• 8. All coupon/ads sites will have a 5% commission rate
• 9. Bidding on Branded Google AdWords is not allowed and strictly enforced.
• 10. Placing an affiliate code on another affiliate’s website is not allowed

Coupon Codes

• 1. Your custom coupon code which offers 10% off all purchases to your audience.
• 2. Any seasonal promotions that come from direct correspondence from andrea@eunatural.com

If you share any coupons besides this,

• 1. You won’t be earning commission on those sales anyways
• 2. You’ll be put on probation - no commissions for 30 days
• 3. 2-time violators will be deleted from the program.

Step 2: On the Dashboard tab

a) Select Create link to a specific page

b) Go to our shop, Select a product, Copy URL: https://store.eunatural.com/

Step 3: New Custom Link Page, enter product URL as the destination

Step 4: Click Create Link

Step 5: Save this link and share it wherever is best for you! :)

Referral Bonus Criteria:

• 1. New affiliate has over 5K social/email/website followers
• 2. New affiliate makes their first sale

How to Make Your Referral:

• 1. Share the URL: https://store.eunatural.com/pages/eu-natural-affiliate-program
• 2. Have them say you referred them in the section. 
• 3. New applicant will be approved/declined within 48 hours.
• 4. If approved, they will become an affiliate and can start promoting products
• 5. When the affiliate you’ve referred makes their first sale, you receive your $50 bonus
• 6. Treat yourself! :)

If the bonus does not happen - you can assume the referral was declined.

After one full week - if you want to check the status of your referral:

• 1. Email andrea@eunatural.com
• 2. Subject Line: Referral Status Check-In
• 3. Ask about specific person
